Our help lines, online support network and free mental health information booklets and webpages all offer a first port of call for anyone struggling with their mental health or for loved ones seeking to support them.

 

Whatever you feel you can afford – we’re very grateful for any amount. We’ve put a variety of suggested donations to show what your money could fund, and how much it costs to run different services we offer.

There are lots of different ways to get help and support for your mental health. Why not do one thing today and start with one of these options.

  • Join Side by Side, our on-line peer support community.
  • Visit our information and support pages. Whether you’re living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information is vital. Read our information about types of mental health problems, treatments, and tips for coping with everyday life.
  • Call our Infoline – The Mind Infoline is an information and signposting services that can help you find out more about mental health problems, treatment options and where to get help. Call us on 0300 123 3393, email [email protected]. The Infoline is open Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
  • Search for your nearest Local Mind.
